h) What if the items do not meet my specification?

i) Help! I can’t fit in this dress..can I exchange with another size?

Yup ,of course! OR,you can replace your original order with item(s) from our online shop up to but not exceeding the value of your original purchase. If so, u just needs to top up the balance amount.

j) How long will I receive my parcel?
For Malaysia; We do ship via POS LAJU delivery is approximately working days within 1 - 2 days Peninsular M'sia and 3- 4 working days within Sabah & Sarawak. However, delivery timeframe will be different depends on your shipping area.
 
k) How much does it cost for the delivery charges?
Delivery charges depends on the weight of the item/s. Basically,for 1st 500g(approx 1-3items) Peninsular M'sia=rm6 and Sabah/s'wak=rm8.You will be given the shipping detail for your items in the check out process.
 
l) How to track back my shipment?
