Pick up a new hobby

One of the most productive ways you can during your spare time is by picking up a new hobby. There are just so many things that you pick up like learning a new language, learning cooking/baking or basically doing anything that allows you to come out of your comfort zone.

During these times, travelling overseas is such a hassle with so many SOPs to follow. Why not travel locally? Not only is it cost saving, it will also help the country’s economy by spending locally. Not that there are no SOPs to follow by travelling locally, but you do not need to quarantine for 14 days at least. 
So where can you go? You can go to the well-known places that you have been interested in visiting, or you can explore the townships such as Kota Damansara, Damansara Jaya, Taman TTDI Jaya, Bandar Sunway and so on.


If you wish to do something productive, you can consider working out either at home or at the gym. Depending on what you want to do, you can work out to do some bodybuilding, stay fit, or possibly lose some body fats that have been bugging you for a long time. Not only is working out good for you, it has many good health benefits like:

  • Improve mental health
  • Improve physical health
  • Manage blood sugar and insulin level
  • Control weight
  • Improve sleep
  • Improve sexual health

Overall, just a healthier lifestyle.


If you have so much spare time in your hands, and you do not wish to do anything else other than to relax. You can consider binge-watching a series that you have been following or movies. Typically people would binge watch Netflix. If you have other sites that you use to binge a show or movie, continue doing so. Just remember to take a break if you have to.

Play sports

You can play sports like Badminton, Basketball, Football and such if you want to do some exercise to keep fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle. If you wish to take it slow, you can start off by going for walks. Body movement is better than no movement.
