   Finally is by practicing positive social behaviors with the people around you. As we understand, everyone is struggling with their own demons and problems. Even if we see someone is going through it greatly, does not mean that their problems are not big, it simply means that they have practicing positive habits as well to cope with it. Positive social behaviors do not mean that you have to be positive all the time, that would be toxic. But every time you are interacting with someone, you should always put in mind that people are not the place for you to let go of the anger that you have for your problems.
